Hospicio de San Jose is the oldest social welfare agency in the Philippines. For over 200 years, Hospicio has provided a sanctuary for orphans, neglected infants and children, elderly adults with special needs, and victims of abuse and human trafficking.
Today Hospicio, as it's known to locals, is home to over 300 residents — most female, under the age of 15, and rescued from poverty. The residents are cared for by the Daughters of Charity, an order of Catholic Sisters that have managed the orphanage for the past 150 years. Every day, the Sisters provide residents with shelter, hot meals, access to clean water and basic utilities, and medical care.

Help Us Bring Remote Education to Students in the Philippines
Our partnership with Hospicio de San Jose orphanage in Manila provides laptops to students who have experienced poverty so that they are able to continue their studies and attend school during the worsening pandemic in the Philippines.

Our Charitable Partner
Last year, we were proud to help raise funds for the Hospicio de San Jose orphanage in Manila, which were used towards remote learning equipment for the children. But with recent news of COVID-19 spreading inside the orphanage, they need our help right now more than ever.

Contribute To Our Laptop Fund
We can't do this without your support! The cost to send one laptop is around $300, and our goal is to donate 10 laptops to meet the needs of the orphanage. But a gift of any size will make a big impact, especially for a small nonprofit like ours.
Your contributions are tax-deductible, and you'll automatically receive a receipt. If you are unable to give at this time, but would still like to support us, please share our message with your colleagues, friends, and family.

Your gift will also support all the other work our nonprofit is doing to help close the digital divide. Right now, we have an amazing opportunity to make a big difference in the lives of countless students from impoverished backgrounds. We hope you will consider contributing whatever you can!
